Pilates is a series of body and mind exercises which focus on strengthening the deep core muscles whilst re-educating body awareness, body alignment and posture. Feel Good Physiotherapy and Pilates offers both group and private pilates which are instructed by fully qualified Physiotherapists.
Group Pilates Classes
Classes run for 10 weeks during the school term. Our classes are small (8 persons per class) to ensure that each individual can receive hands on feedback. These 60 minute group classes focus on mat based exercises with the use of theraband, balls, free weights, hoops and foam rollers.
Health Insurance rebate applies and can be claimed through your Private Health Fund at the completion of the full term.

Private/Semi Private Pilates
30 minute private (1 person) or 60 minute semi-private (2 persons) pilates sessions can be offered to our clients. Our qualified Physiotherapists will design and instruct a series of classes to assist you in achieving your specific goals.
